The Ability-Centered Transition System (ACTS)
ACTS provides 1) a research-based conceptual framework through which students are better
prepared to pursue post-secondary life outcomes that are aligned to their abilities, strengths, and
interests, and 2) the organizational framework to assist schools in the development and implementation of a school-wide transition program.
