As more traditionally under-represented students enter into the college setting, data shows that supports to address educational needs is not enough and that additional consideration is needed to address the specific practical, social-emotional and financial needs of this group. This presentation will include a review of programs available across the state and strategies school staff can employ to link transitioning students to the supports they require.
