After high school, students with intellectual disabilities often “fall off of a cliff” into isolation and marginalization. Here’s one family’s journey of avoiding the cliff, finding a path toward living an inclusive adult life and stumbling into Continuums of Inclusion via an inclusive post-secondary program.
