Blair Dore is the SVP, Partner Development of Headed2.com, a software platform focused on career planning, readiness, and preparation. In this role, Blair works with educators, businesses, and other organizations to help Headed2 make the greatest impact on students and career seekers nationwide. Prior to Headed2, Blair was the Head of Brand Product Strategy for Google’s YouTube, leading go-to-market strategy for YouTube’s largest advertising products. Before his seven year tenure at Google, Blair worked at Time Inc. where he focused on advertising sales and business development. A graduate of Amherst College and Columbia Business School, Blair lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children, Sofia and Griffin.
